Some were emergencies, some were not.\u00a0The most interesting emergency call that I went on was\u00a0<!--more-->with Cathy and John.\u00a0 It involved a man who was unresponsive and they had truly no background knowledge on him.\u00a0 They showed me how they were able to work quickly and under pressure to help him.\u00a0 I watched as they went through their procedures and what an EMT goes through on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">I have always been interested in the medical field, but wasn\u2019t sure what area I wanted to go into. This job shadow experience opened my eyes to what it\u2019s really like and what being an EMT is all about.
