During high school and college he worked as an auto mechanic and\u00a0earned an Associate&#8217;s in Science from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hcc.commnet.edu\/\">Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport, CT<\/a>. He started volunteering in EMS in the Bridgeport area about 4-5 years ago and decided to make EMS a career.
