After answering 18 Likert scale questions an unprompted, qualitative field asks the respondent, \u201cPlease use a word or phrase to describe us and\/or the ambulance crew\u201d followed simply by a blank line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A staggering 35 percent of responses (352 of the 1000) used some version\u00a0of the word \u201cProfessional\u201d to describe ASM and Aetna.
