The full precepting phase can take ten to 12 weeks or more as the paramedic is prepped for the realities of the field.\u00a0As with all precepting phases at ASM, Bryan\u2019s final approval came from Eastern Connecticut Health Network after shadowing Bryan\u00a0and his preceptor in the field as they responded to emergency calls.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bryan\u00a0started at ASM as an EMT-Basic in 2011 and\u00a0graduated from the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccc.commnet.edu\/cpHealthEMT-Paramed.htm\">Capital Community College Paramedic Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On behalf of the ASM Family, we would like to wish Bryan\u00a0the best of luck and say we are very proud to have such skilled professionals on staff.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANCHESTER \u2013 As of January 27, 2015, ASM\u2019s Bryan Mathiau\u00a0has been cleared by Eastern Connecticut Health Network medical control for independent dispatch as a paramedic to the towns that ASM serves.
