HARTFORD\u00a0\u2013 \u00a0As of June 5,\u00a02015, Aetna\u2019s Christopher Willey\u00a0has been cleared by Hartford Hospital\u00a0medical control for independent dispatch as a paramedic to the towns that Aetna serves.<\/p>\n
Chris\u00a0started at Aetna as an EMT-Basic in November of 2014\u00a0and\u00a0graduated from the\u00a0Hartford Hospital-Goodwin College\u00a0Paramedic Program.<\/a>\u00a0His\u00a0preceptor was\u00a0Paramedic Matthew Campbell.\u00a0The full precepting phase can take ten to 12 weeks or more as the paramedic is prepped for the realities of the field.<\/p>\n Originally from New Jersey, Chris moved to Killingworth at age\u00a0fourteen and moved to Manchester after college.
