The note, as depicted\u00a0below, is in regards to a transport completed a few weeks prior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I am most pleased with the service that was provided. Thank God that this EMT\/Paramedic was sent to my home that morning. The EMT\/Paramedic [was able to] diagnose what I had before we left my home. I will forever be so thankful for the EMT\/Paramedic who solved the mystery of what was affecting me.
